LOGISTIC AND LEAD TIMES
Tumedei distributes products all over Europe, North and South America, Middle East, Eastern Europe and Asia from its ALA plant (North Italy – refer to map in section “Contact Us”).
Delivery times from Tumedei are less than 5 working days for Northern European countries, and generally 2 to 3 working days for Western Europe.
For products produced in our low cost manufacturing plants, we provide minimum stock holding for all regular usage items, with a supply agreement in place.
For products produced at Tumedei ALA, our standard lead time is 6 working weeks from receipt of orders. Again, we can provide minimum stock holding for all regular usage items, with a supply agreement in place.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Tumedei offers the following resources to support our customer’s day to day requirements:
- Dedicated International customer service staff with Italian, English, French, German, Spanish language skills.
- Can supply to Kanban and EDI schedules.
- Can supply product in specified packaging/containers.
- Can agree to minimum stock holding for all regular usage items, with a 30 day minimum.
- Consignment stock programmes.
